Agaricus blazei Extract Induces Apoptosis through ROS-dependent JNK Activation Involving the Mitochondrial Pathway and Suppression of Constitutive NF-{kappa}B in THP-1 Cells.
En este estudio, hemos investigado si el extracto de A. blazei Murrill(ABE) ejerce efectos antiproliferativos y apoptóticos en células leucémicas humanas THP-1. Hemos observado que el ABE-apoptosis inducida está asociado con la vía mitocondrial, que está mediada por acumulación prolongada de especies reactivas de oxígeno (ROS) y activación de JNK.
